Terms of use

Draft. SunVolt is reviewing this page. The final version may change.
These terms apply when you use this website, run by SunVolt Energy Limited. By using it, you agree to them. They don't affect your rights under Kenyan law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
How buying works
This website is a catalogue. You can't buy or pay on it. When you send an inquiry, you're asking us for a quote; it isn't an order, and neither of us is bound by it.
A sale is agreed only when you accept the written quote we send you. The quote sets out the final prices, delivery, any installation and the payment terms.
Prices and product information
Prices are in Kenya shillings. They can change, and the total in your inquiry cart is an estimate. Items marked "Price on request" are priced in your quote.
We work to keep descriptions, specifications and photos accurate. Photos show the product line, and finish or accessories can vary slightly between batches. If something matters to you, ask us before you accept your quote.
Paying safely
We never ask for payment through a link on this website. Payment details come with your quote from our team. If anyone asks you to pay in another way, check with us first on +254 723 773 385.
Installation and site visits
Installation work and site visits are arranged and priced in your quote. Any charge for a site visit is confirmed with you before anyone travels.
Using the website
Please don't:
- send false inquiries or messages, or use someone else's details;
- try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the website;
- copy large parts of the catalogue with automated tools.
The text, photos and design of this website belong to SunVolt or the people who licensed them to us. Product names and logos belong to their manufacturers.
Our responsibility
We're responsible for the products and services we agree to supply, as set out in your quote, our warranty and returns policy and Kenyan law. Information on this website is general guidance: for advice on a system for your site, ask us or book a site visit.
Kenyan law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya can hear any dispute about them. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we use the details you send us.
